"My daughters and I stopped in randomly for a treat and it was definitely a treat! Super cute & chic atmosphere, clean, and fun selection of marshmallow fluffs, espresso drinks, gifts, cookies, and more. The staff member greeted us when we walked through the door and was friendly and patient towards my kids and me; a very sweet lady! We tried the s'mores cookie (sooo good) and Easter "peeps" (way better than actual peeps which I don't even like), and bought a box of s'more mallows to go (didn't get to try as they will be a raffle item). Next time I would love to try one of their espresso drinks! They offer so much more than what's in their store- from weddings and catering to seasonal and gifting. A fun place to try for a gourmet treat."

From Marketing to Marshmallows: My Sweet Journey

Hi there! I’m Tina, the creative force behind The Fancy Marshmallow Co. After years in the corporate world of marketing, I found myself at my child’s S’mores-themed birthday party, staring at a marshmallow and thinking, “This could be so much more.” What started as a simple idea to elevate the humble marshmallow has blossomed into a full-fledged passion project – one that’s become Texas’ first marshmallow cafe!

Our cafe is a lively mix of new faces and familiar friends, all here to experience the latest in marshmallow innovation. We love to stay ahead of the curve, drawing inspiration from current trends, but the real magic happens when we treat the marshmallow as a blank canvas. From maple bacon to orange cardamom and even everything but the bagel marshmallows, we’re always pushing the boundaries of flavor.

And we’re just getting started! With big dreams of expanding to new cities and eventually franchising, we can’t wait to share our marshmallow goodness with even more sweet-toothed adventurers.
